This new MyeongDong Topokki restaurant is located in Mid Valley Megamall KL. To get out of the box, we propose a brand-new design with the concept of "futuristic" to adhere the spirit of exploration, innovation & vitality.
The restaurant uses metallic materials with silver luster as the basic design language. A large number of metal materials have been used such as stainless-steel plate, aluminium louver and corrugated zinc sheet set against the terrazzo texture floor, black ceiling and glass block bench divider,the restaurant presents an overall cool & futuristic atmosphere. Yet a touch of wood materials balances & soften the ambience.
The Myeong Dong subway route map with LED strips linked to the aluminium louvre are also one of the design highlights for the restaurant to connect the space and also to remain the idea of “Myeong Dong street” as it is one of the famous district feature street food paradise in Seoul, South Korea. Not to forget also the full height infinity mirror with MDT branding in the shopfront play an important role to the concept by bringing out the feel of infinite space.
